I had the pleasure of discovering the Digital Journalist (Monthly online magazine for visual journalism.) through Behind the Lens (George Barr.). Some highlights I’ve enjoyed:

• Sam Abell Pictures and Video Interviews. I like how more than one frame is included to better illustrate the location, the editing, the story.
• Pencils Don’t Win Wars (Ron Steinman column.)
• The Tide is High (Rising sea levels and their effect on the low-level, one-meter-high coastline of the islands that make up the Carteret Atoll in the South Pacific.)
• Acuntance (Sharpening.). Sharpen your images for specific purposes.
